Funds will only be available until September 30, 2010, after which the TCCA program will be closed.

Families approved for TCCA have the option to choose their own child care provider. However, the provider must be registered or licensed with the Bright from the Start: Georgia's Department of Early Care and Learning. Families eligible for the TCCA program can be actively involved in either, job readiness training, vocational training, technical school or college, or be unemployed or working part-time, 23 hours per week or less.

To receive TCCA benefits, families must either apply directly online by visiting www.COMPASS.ga.gov or call 1-866-371-TCCA (8222) to receive a paper application by mail.
